Refunds or credits are not issued for classes that are not attended. Participants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations by sending written or electronic notification via email or traditional mail least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled class start date. The refund will be processed within five (5) business days and will have shipping and handling costs deducted.
Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than fourteen (14) days but greater than seven (7) days before the class start date are entitled to full class credit that must be used for a Woodson Education training program within 6 months. Refunds within fourteen (14) days but greater than seven (7) days will be offered minus 50% percent of the full tuition paid. Those who fail to appear for training will not be issued a refund or class transfer credit.
In cases of medical emergencies, a refund or credit will be issued for the remaining balance of class fees when you present a medical certificate or physician?s letter electronically to Woodson Education LLC. This document must be produced within ten (10) days of the class session. There are no refunds for electronic classes.
